By booking transportation with Celebrity Chauffeurs LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Reservation requests are subject to vehicle availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destinations, dates, times, and passenger information at the time of booking. Any changes to a reservation should be requested as early as possible and may be subject to availability or additional charges.
 

Additional fees may apply for extra stops, waiting time beyond the included grace period, route changes, tolls, parking, airport fees, cleaning due to excessive mess, or damage caused to the vehicle by passengers. Customers are responsible for ensuring all passengers conduct themselves respectfully and safely throughout the trip.

Celebrity Chauffeurs LLC monitors flights for airport pickups when a valid flight number is provided and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate delays. While we strive to provide punctual service, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, airline schedule changes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
 

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, smoking, illegal substances, and unlawful conduct are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol consumption is permitted only where allowed by law and only in vehicles specifically authorized for such use.

Cancellation policies, deposits, and payment requirements may vary depending on the type of service reserved. Any applicable cancellation fees or refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
